Nepal, officially the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, is a landlocked sovereign state located in South Asia. It is located in the Himalayas and bordered to the north by the People’s Republic of China, and to the south, east, and west by the Republic of India. With an area of 147,181 square kilometers (56,827 sq mi) and a population of approximately 30 million, Nepal is the world’s 93rd largest country by land mass and the 41st most populous country. Kathmandu is the nation’s capital and the country’s largest metropolis.

Nepal has a rich geography. The mountainous north has eight of the world’s ten tallest mountains, including the highest point on Earth, Mount Everest. It contains more than 240 peaks over 20,000 ft (6,096 m) above sea level. The fertile and humid south is heavily urbanized.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu:

It is a panoramic thrill flying into Kathmandu on a clear day. The views of snow-capped mountain peaks sprawling down below makes one almost ecstatic, beginning a whole chain of memorable experiences that stay with you for a long, long time.

Our Representative will meet and greet you outside of arrival lounge at the Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer you to the domestic terminal to check you in for Helicopter transfer to DMR, which takes about 15 minutes flight.

You will land at the Helipad in DMR. The representative from resort will be waiting to welcome you by offering flower garland, a traditional way to welcome the distinguished guests. Later, walk towards the lobby for check-in. Remaining time will be free to browse around the resort enjoying the panoramic view of the beautiful landscapes.

Lunch & Dinner will be served at the restaurant of the resort as per your choice.

Dhulikhel has been for centuries an important trading center on the commercial route linking Nepal to Tibet. Since time immemorial, people of Nepal travel to Tibet to bring home salt and gold. Likewise, the Tibetans every year with their flocks of sheep enter into Nepal during Dashain, the greatest Hindu festival. They use to purchase chilies and other daily necessities in Nepal and return to their homeland. In those days, a whole day walk from Kathmandu to Dhulikhel was comfortable for Tibet trippers with easily available of food and water at Dhulikhel at the evening for overnight stay. After adjoining with Tibet by motorable road in 1965, Dhulikhel got a face lift and developed as a tourist destination. Dhulikhel is an ideal station to stop for overnight stay while going to Tibet and coming back to Kathmandu.

Day 02: Dhulikhel – Everest Base Camp – Gokarna Resort

Early Morning, you will be taken to the Mt. Everest region by chartered helicopter where your breakfast is served in front of the Everest. The theme is ‘You see the Everest and it will see you having breakfast’. The Heli tour itself is a great experience as you can see some of the highest mountains on earth in a matter of an hour, in close proximity. The Chartered Helicopter flies over the terraced fields to Lukla, lands at Lukla airstrip for a while just to un-load extra fuel for the flight back to Kathmandu before heading up the valley towards Everest Base Camp. You will have some time (around 15 min) for photographs at the Everest base camp. You’ll also have some time to explore Mt. Everest and the surrounding snow massifs before flying towards Yeti Mountain Resort in Kongde where you will have your breakfast. Enjoy your experience of a lifetime breakfast right before the Mt. Everest and later, you’ll have a short transit to Lukla. After the helicopter is re-fuelled you’ll fly back to Kathmandu. This is one of the best ways to get closer to Everest as it requires less time and effort for the best breakfast you will ever have in your life…..!

On the way back, land at Gokarna Forest Resort where the representative from the resort will be waiting to welcome you. Proceed to the reception for check-in and later, to your room. Remaining time will be free to enjoy the scenic beauty of surroundings OR play Golf.

The Golf Course at Gokarna Forest Resort is spread over 140 acres at 4,550 ft above sea level, the 6,755 yard par 72 course boasts the only bent grass greens on an 18 hole course in South and South East Asia. Professionals from across the world have visited Gokarna Forest Resort to experience the divine sprit of the environment and uniqueness of the golf course. The serenity and settings are overwhelming with the only distraction probably being the sighting of a spotted deer, a barking deer or monkeys who wander freely in the vicinity. Day 03: Gokarna – Barahi Jungle Lodge

Have leisurely breakfast and later, fly to Chitwan. Your helicopter will land at the helipad of Barahi Jungle Lodge. You will be warmly received by the representative from the resort, one of the best resort in Chitwan run by the famous chain of Safari resorts known as Pugdundee Safaries. Check-in at the resort and later, the representative will brief you about the programs and escort you to your villa. The remaining time will be either at leisure or if you chose to do some jungle program.

Chitwan Nationa Park:
(Location: Chitwan National Park, the oldest national park in Nepal, is situated in the subtropical inner Terai lowlands of South-Central Nepal. The park was designated as a World Heritage Site in 1984).

Features. The park covers a pristine area with a unique ecosystem of significant value to the world. It contains the Churiya hills, ox-bow lakes and flood plains of Rapti, Reu and Narayani Rivers. Approximately 70% of the park vegetation is sal forest. The remaining vegetation types include grassland (20%), riverine forest (7%), and sal with chirpine (3%), the latter occuring at the top of the Churiya range. The riverine forests consist mainly of khair, sissoo and simal. The grassland forms a diverse and complex community with over 50 species. The Saccharun species, often called elephant grass, can reach 8 m. in height. The shorter grasses such as Imperata are useful for thatch roofs. There are more than 43 species of mammals in the park. The park is especially renowned for the endangered one-horned rhinoceros, the tiger and the gharial crocodile along with many other common species such as gaur, wild elephant, four-horned antelope, striped hyena, pangolin, Gangetic dolphin, monitor lizard and python. Other animals found in the park include the sambar, chital, hog deer, barking deer, sloth bear, palm civet, langur and rhesus monkey. There are over 450 species of birds in the park. Among the endangered birds are the Bengal florican, giant hombill, lesser florican, black stork and white stork. Common birds seen in the park include the peafowl, red jungle fowl, and different species of egrets, herons, kingfishers, flycatchers and woodpeckers. The best time for bird watching is March and December. More than 45 species of amphibians and reptiles occur in the park, some of which are the marsh crocodile, cobra, green pit viper and various species of frogs and tortoises. The park is actively engaged in the scientific studies of several species of wild fauna and flora).

Day 04: At Barahi Jungle Lodge in Chitwan:

Your entire day will be spent participating in various jungle activities offered by the Resort such as, Elephant back ride, jeep safari, canoe ride on Rapti river, Elephant briefing and Cultural performance etc.

Day 05: Chitwan – Pokhara

Early morning take a walk to the jungle along with the nature guide who will take you to the jungle for bird watching. Later, back to the resort and have leisurely breakfast. Afterwards, say goodbye to Chitwan and your helicopter takes you to Pokhara.

(Pokhara is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Nepal and is a city of about 450,000 inhabitants. It is also known as the Tourist capital of Nepal, noted for its tranquil atmosphere and the beauty of the surrounding countryside. Two out of ten highest mountains in the world namely Dhaulagiri and Annapurna can be viewed very closely from Pokhara. It is also a base for trekkers undertaking the Annapurna Circuit trek. Pokhara is considered as the only place in the world where from a height of 853 meters above sea level to the height of 6000 M can be reached within an aerial distance of 40 kms.

Due to this sharp rise in altitude the area of Pokhara has one of the highest precipitation rates of the country (over 4,000 mm/year). Even within the city there is a noticeable difference in the amount of rain between the south of the city by the lake and the north at the foot of the mountains. The climate is sub-tropical but due to the elevation the temperatures are moderate: the summer temperatures average between 25–35 °C, in winter around -2–15 °C).

Your Helicopter will land at the helipad of hotel Annapurna View in Pokhara where you will be warmly received by the representative of the hotel who will escort you to your room after check-in. The hotel itself is situated on a hillock where the massif of Mt. Fishtail and Mt. Annapurna is very closely visible. Later, you can choose to take a stroll to the surroundings OR opt for an OPTIONAL TOUR to Pokhara city from Sarangkot area where you will encounter with the hustle and bustle of Lakeside, Pokhara OR you can choose to have a visit to the famous touristic spots such as David’s Fall, Peace Stupa which is situated on a hillock, Gupteshor cave, Zip Flying, beside boating at Lake Fewa.

Day 06: Pokhara – Kathmandu -Departure

Early morning savour the sunrise view (weather permits) from your hotel premises.

After having leisurely breakfast you will be free until departure, to browse around the area. Later, your Helicopter will take you back to the domestic terminal in Kathmandu where our representative will receive you and later transfer you to the International terminal for check-in and to connect the flight to onward destination.
